The 2026 Legislative Session begins on Monday 2/2 and the first bills dropped this morning. I've attached the first spreadsheet with bills that have public procurement interest for Oregon public agencies. Please let me know if there are any that I've missed that you'd like to see on the spreadsheet.
Also, this is a short session, so it will move very quickly. Public Hearings and Work Sessions will come up fast, so be sure to subscribe to bills that interest you (link is in the top right corner of each bill's Overview page) so you get automatic updates as it moves through the process.
